Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a correspondence course?
A: Correspondence courses consist of public source information and
prepared examinations. You will download the reading material
and examination to complete on your own. The examination is
then mailed to Triton-PDH for grading. If the exam is
passed, a certification will be mailed out to you for your records.
Q: What is the proof that I earned
PDH's?
A: Upon successful completion, passing of the examination and paying the course
fees, you will receive
a certificate showing completion. The certificate
will show the number of PDH's acquired, the name of the course, and
the name of the administrator. All records will be
electronically maintained for questions that may arise in the
future. The minimum professional development hours provided
with our courses is two (2). There is no limit on the number
of courses a professional can take through Triton-PDH.com.
A: Most boards of registration do not pre-approve courses and/or sponsors. It is up to the discretion of the professional to assure that the courses in which you participate meet the PDH requirements of your state. We offer a 100% full money back guarantee if your board of engineering does not accept our course fully or partially for any reason. We would need proof of denial from your board. Q: Can more than one person complete the course and take the exam from our company?
A: Yes, more than one person from the same company may take the course. However, each individual must read the required material, take the required examination and provide their own answer sheet and fee.
